BACOLOD City – A man was shot to death by three unidentified gunmen in Barangay Bandila, Toboso, Negros Occidental.
Police identified the fatality as 43-year-old Dionie Dada, a resident of the village.
The incident happened around 3 p.m. on Sept. 21.
Police recovered four spent 5.56mm bullet shells from the crime scene.
