BACOLOD City – Three persons were caught engaging in illegal gambling in Barangay Estefania.
They were residents Sherwin Pabiona, 41; Elbert Togonon, 29; and Warren Dumaniel, 42, a police report showed.
The police chanced upon them playing tong-its around 5 p.m. on Feb. 8.
Recovered from their possession were P82 bet money and a deck of playing cards.
