ILOILO City – In Barangay San Jose, San Miguel, Iloilo yesterday, the town’s “No. 1 drug pusher” was arrested.
Garry Sabunod, 36, was a resident of Barangay 8, San Miguel. He was detained at the municipal police station.
Around 9 a.m., Sabunod sold to an undercover police officer a sachet of shabu for P300.
Five more sachets were recovered from him.
Sabunod turned himself in to the police in July, claiming he was a drug user. But the San Miguel police office actually ranked him No. 1 in its list of drug suspects./PN
