ROXAS City – He was found dead in his rented apartment along Legaspi Street in Barangay IV, a police report showed.
The caretaker sought help after discovering the 41-year-old Ronal Bigota, a tricycle driver, unconscious in his bedroom on March 28, the report stated.
Members of the Capiz Emergency Response Team tried to revive Bigota but failed.
