ILOILO City – Five plastic packs of suspected shabu were seized from a tricycle driver in Jaro district.
Christian Darwin Alaban was arrested in a buy-bust operation in their village, Barangay Benedicto, a police report stated.
Alaban sold to undercover officers a sachet of suspected shabu for P500 at 10:30 p.m. on Sunday. Four more plastic packs of the same substance were seized from the suspect.
Alaban was hauled to the detention facility of the Jaro police station.
He faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
