BACOLOD City – Police arrested a tricycle driver in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 3, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
Four sachets of suspected shabu valued around P2,000 were seized from 42-year-old resident Arthur Arcolas, a police report showed.
Arcolas was nabbed after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer around 4:55 p.m. on Jan. 14, the report added.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of Hinigaran municipal police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
