BACOLOD City – A 44-year-old tricycle driver was shot to death in Barangay Daan Banwa, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
He was Joel Traiso, who sustained gunshot wounds on the body, the report added.
According to police investigation, two motorcycle-riding men peppered him bullets around 7:30 a.m. on May 5.
Traiso was brought to the Lorenzo D. Zayco District Hospital in Kabankalan City where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
Officers of the Kabankalan City police station have yet to identify the suspects and the motive in the incident./PN
