CAPIZ – A truck collided with a passenger bus in Barangay Bula, Mambusao town in this province around 5:20 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25.
Police Captain Shaney Allanic, chief of the Mambusao Municipal Police Station, said no one was injured however both vehicles suffered damages.
Allanic said the Ceres bus driven by alias “Leo,” 52 and a resident of Sara, Iloilo, was from Kalibo, Aklan and on its way to Iloilo when the accident happened.
The bus stopped and the truck, driven by alias “Albero,” 45, of Barangay Taculing, Bacolod City, suddenly crashed against the former.
The Mambusao police chief added that both parties agreed to settle the accident./PN
