BACOLOD City – A woman was found dead inside a truck in Purok Benedicto, Barangay Canlandog, Murcia, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Officers from the Murcia municipal police station identified the woman as the 30-year-old Rose Penafiel Colantro of Barangay Santa Rosa, Murcia.
Colantro’s body was found inside a Ford Red truck parked near the house of Arelio Llena around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, the report stated.
It was not immediately clear how Colantro died.
Colantro’s body was brought to the Lourdes Funeral Homes in Murcia for a post-mortem examination.
Police were still investigating the death./PN
