BACOLOD City – Two residents of Barangay Alijis were nabbed for illegal gambling.
The 55-year-old Joemarie De Asis and 44-year-old Diane Munez were caught playing the illegal cards game pusoy around 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 28, a police report showed.
Recovered from their possession were a deck of playing cards and P130 bet money.
The suspects were brought to Police Station 7, facing charges for violating Presidential Decree 1602 that outlaws illegal gambling./PN
