LAUA-AN, Antique – Two loose firearms were turned over to the police station here.

On July 23, a man voluntary surrender a homemade .38 revolver.

Three days earlier, on July 20, another person turned over to the police a homemade .357.

The municipal police station has an ongoing campaign against loose firearms called Oplan Tokhang Kontra Armas Luthang (TKAL), said Police Captain Bryan Alamo, officer-in-charge.

The goal is to make Laua-an free from loose firearms.
