AKLAN – Two men found themselves behind bars after engaging in illegal cockfighting in Barangay Camanci Norte in the town of Numancia on Thursday, February 29.
Police Master Sergeant Felizardo Navarra of the Numancia police said they received a tip-off about illegal cockfighting activity in the area.
They immediately responded and caught two men, aged 49 and 31, in the act.
It was discovered that there were several others but were able to evade the police.
