ILOILO City – A Fuso jeepney hits a trisikad on JV Joson Street, Barangay San Jose, Arevalo district.
Two passengers of the trisikad were brought to the Iloilo Doctors’ Hospital for body pains.
The vehicular accident happened around 7:45 p.m. on Sept. 23. The trisikad was executing a left turn in front of a store when the Fuso jeepney hit it.
Trisikad driver Romeo Martinez was unhurt but his two passengers were – Erlinda Erdao, 77, and Josephine Cabrielo, 43.
The Fuso jeepney driver was Anthony Tajanlangit.
That same day, a road mishap occurred, too, in nearby Barangay San Juan, Molo district.
Around 12:55 p.m., a passenger jeepney and a tricycle collided.
Two passengers of the tricycle were brought t the West Visayas State University Medical Center for treatment – Aiko Parojinog and Erna Nonato.
The jeepney driver was Joemarie Sustento of Barangay Calaparan, Arevalo while tricycle driver was Rogelio Rojo of Barangay San Juan, Molo. They were unhurt./PN
