ILOILO City – Two siblings drowned while swimming in a river in Barangay Sirawagan, San Joaquin, Iloilo.
They were the 8-year-old Rosalinda Dimzon and her 5-year-old brother John Paul, both residents of the village.
The siblings left their house at around 6 a.m. and went to the river for a swim, a police report showed.
The lifeless body of Rosalinda was later found at the riverbank around four hours later, while that of her brother was recovered in Barangay Tiolas, San Joaquin eight hours later, stated the police report./PN
