“Missed chances lang talaga,” Lady Archers mentor Hans Peter Smit said. “Nevertheless, one point is better than zero and we’re still doing well as long as we don’t lose.”
In the other match, University of the Philippines Lady Maroons handed the Far Eastern University Lady Tamaraws its first defeat with a 2-0 beat down on goals by Mary Rose Obra and Yanzie Yalong.
After a goalless first half, the Lady Maroons notched the lead at the 73rd minute with Obra cutting inside from the right flank for a powerful shot.
