ILOILO City – In Barangay Oñate De Leon, Mandurriao district a 22-year-old man was arrested on Sunday afternoon for “unjust vexation.”
Romel Robino, a resident of Barangay Nagbangi, San Remegio, Antique, was collared at around 3 p.m.
The complainant was 21-year-old Angelica Enorme of Barangay San Pedro, Molo district. She sought the help of the police.
According to Enorme, Robino followed her inside a store and kept on asking her, “Maupod ka sa akon, ‘ga?”
Enorme said she later saw Robino draw a knife from his waist.
