BACOLOD City – Police nabbed a laborer allegedly possessing an unlicensed gun in Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Erwin Dingcong, 43, faces charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, a police report showed.
After serving a warrant of arrest, Himamaylan cops took him to the police station around 10:40 a.m. on Jan. 27.
Judge Walter Zorilla of the Regional Trial Court Branch 55 in Himamaylan City issued the warrant and set the bail bond at P120,000./PN
