ILOILO City – For possessing unlicensed gun, a man was arrested in Barangay Pudpud, Miag-ao, Iloilo.
A .38-caliber revolver and a 22-caliber gun with several live bullets were seized from 22-year-old Jemark Facurib, a police report showed.
Facurib’s apprehension was staged on the strength of a search warrant around 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 2, it added.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Miag-ao municipal police station. Charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act will be filed against Facurib./PN
