ILOILO City – Policemen of Dueñas, Iloilo confiscated two unlicensed guns from a rowdy resident of the municipality’s Barangay Pandan.
The 38-year-old Jessie Pulgado faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
On Monday around 10:45 p.m., neighbors sought the police’s help. They claimed a drunk Pulgado was indiscriminately firing a gun.
Responding cops detained Pulgado at the municipal police station after recovering from him two 12-gauge shotguns.
The guns were not licensed, police found out./PN
