ILOILO City – He landed in jail for being unruly.
Jay Vincent Marquez of Barangay Ortiz, City Proper was hauled to the custodial facility of Police Station 1.
An intoxicated Marquez was arrested on Sunday.
He shouted, picked up a fight with neighbors and threw a bottle in front of the house of Noel Palacios, a police report showed.
Police officers who arrived to arrest him seized from Marquez an 18-inch bolo when they frisked him.
Marquez may face a charge for violation of the Commission on Elections gun ban, which prohibits the carrying of other deadly weapons other than firearms./PN
