ILOILO City – Unruly men land behind bars.
Such was the case for a Barangay Jalandoni Estate, Lapuz district resident who had been arrested for allegedly creating alarm and scandal.
The 55-year-old Ernesto Palmares was detained at the custodial facility of the La Paz police station.
Tanod Commander Franklin Hablero, 63, accosted Palmares at around 10:30 p.m. on May 3 for being unruly on the street, a police report showed.
Hablero also noticed that Palmares smelled like liquor, stated the report./PN
