ILOILO City – Police arrested an unruly Nigerian national in a hotel in Barangay Muelle Loney, City Proper on Sunday.
Joseph Pitolo challenged guests at the Empire Lounge of Grand Xing Imperial Hotel to a fight at around 4 a.m., a police report showed.
This prompted one of the people at the hotel, Syci Gene Gimoto, to call the police.
Pitolo was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 1./PN
