ROXAS City – Cops here detained at the police station an overseas Filipino worker whom a concerned citizen complained of being drunk and unruly.
The 44-year-old Anisito Barbaño was a resident of Barangay Poblacion Ilaya, Panitan, Capiz. Police arrested him on Philippine Railway Street, Barangay IX.
