ROXAS City – A utility worker at the Capiz Government Business Center was found dead in Barangay Banica here early morning yesterday.
Jonathan Caloyloy was a 42-year-old resident of Barangay Tanza Norte, Panay, Capiz. He sustained fatal stab wounds on the chest.
Caloyloy was last seen alive on his way home driving his motorcycle.
Police believed the victim was “blocked” then attacked by an undetermined number of assailants.
