ANTIQUE – A 29-year-old man who went on vacation in Barangay Funda, Hamtic drowned on Sunday afternoon, Aug. 20.
Jay-R Juanillo of Barangay Agonoy, Taguig City was declared dead upon arrival at the Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital in San Jose de Buenavista town.
He and his friends had a beach excursion and were allegedly inebriated, according to Staff Sergeant Mar Joepeth Jallorina, Hamtic municipal police investigator.
It took around 30 minutes before Juanillo’s body was recovered./PN
