BACOLOD City – Charged with rape, the No. 7 most wanted person in Valladolid, Negros Occidental was arrested by the police.
Eduardo Delegario, 63, was a resident of Barangay Lumapao, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental.
Judge Mary Jennifer Protasio-Arches of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 62 (Bago City, Negros Occidental) ordered the suspect’s arrest.
He was taken to the Valladolid municipal police station around 2:30 p.m. on July 5.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
