ILOILO City – A van crashed against the pedicab he was driving in Barangay Sona Sur, Banate, Iloilo, police said.
The 47-year-old resident Ramelito Jamosin died of head and body injuries, a police report showed.
Jamosin was navigating the road around 5 a.m. on June 13 when the crash happened.
Injured, Jamosin was left lying on the road. The van driver fled with the vehicle.
Officers of the Banate police station have yet to identify and locate the van driver.
A criminal case awaits him, police said./PN
