Raul Fabila, 46, and wife Zennie Fe, 40, were residents of Barangay Badiang, San Jose de Buenavista, Antique.
The couple was from Sebaste town and on their way home. Raul tried to avoid a bicycle, according to Police Major Horizon Villanueva, chief of Bugasong Municipal Police Station (MPS).
Their van encroached on the other lane, resulting in a head-on collision with the dump truck driven by Ronald Galera, 35, of Barangay Binonan, Batad, Iloilo.
