ILOILO City – Accused of violence against women and their children (VAWC), a fugitive was arrested in Barangay San Julian, Janiuay, Iloilo yesterday.
Elizer Estrada, 40, was a resident of the town’s Barangay Golgota.
He was caught around 7:50 a.m. and taken to the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P36,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
