BACOLOD City – Police arrested a man tagged as the most wanted person in Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Resident Carlo Douglas, 46, faces charges for sexual assault, a police report showed.
He was nabbed around 10:30 a.m. on Oct. 29 on the strength of an arrest warrant.
Douglas allegedly violated Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act, the warrant stated.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Victorias City police station. No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
