BACOLOD City – A woman was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 1, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Eleven sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P10,000 were seized from 49-year-old resident Maricor De Asis around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, a police report showed.
Aside from suspected illegal drugs, P400 cash, P400 marked money and a cellphone were also confiscated from De Asis, the report added.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Victorias City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
