BACOLOD City – A man was nabbed in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 4, Victorias City, Negros Occidental.
Seven sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated from 48-year-old Fortune Melleza, a police report showed.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Eduardo Corpuz said Melleza was caught after he sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer around 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 10.
Aside from suspected shabu, P400 cash was also recovered, the report added.
Melleza was detained in the Victorias City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
