ILOILO City – Fugitive “Ariel,” tagged as the No. 9 most wanted person at the regional level, fell into the hands of the law on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 13, in Purok Sambag, Barangay Libas, Isabela, Negros Occidental.
The 23-year-old laborer and resident of Barangay Inolingan, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental, was apprehended based on a warrant issued by Hon. Mila D. Yap-Camiso, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 74 in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, on Dec. 21, 2023.
No bail was recommended for “Ariel’s” temporary liberty.
He is currently being held by the Isabela police to undergo booking procedures before being presented to the court./PN
