ILOILO City – Charged with cyber libel, a woman was nabbed in Barangay Cadagmayan, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo.
The 42-year-old Joy Melgar was caught in her residence on Friday on the strength of an arrest warrant the court issued for two counts of cyber libel.
Melgar was detained in the municipal police station.
The court recommended a P20,000 bail bond for her temporary liberty./PN
