BACOLOD City – For allegedly engaging in illegal cockfighting, a couple was arrested on Magsaysay Street, Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
Benedict and Andrea Dorimon were residents of the city’s Barangay Rizal.
They were caught around 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 22.
Judge Jose Meno Ruiz of the Municipal Trial Courts in Cities ordered the Dorimons’ arrest.
A P36,000 bail bond each was recommended for their temporary liberty.
The couple was detained at the Escalante City police station./PN
