ROXAS City – A resident here charged with violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (Republic Act 9165) was arrested by policemen on Dec. 9.
Jerry “Bulilit” Lara, a 44-year-old resident of Barangay Punta Tabuc, was served with a warrant of arrest in Barangay Dayao.
Presiding Judge Lorencito Diaz of the Regional Trial Court Branch 17 issued the arrest warrant on Nov. 20, 2020 and didn’t recommend a bail bond for the suspect’ temporary liberty.
Lara was taken to the city police station./PN
