ILOILO City – A man charged with illegal gambling was arrested yesterday 7 in Barangay Concepcion, Iloilo.
The Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) Judge Eugene Cabardo issued the arrest warrant against Vlarito Bagaforo, 40, of Barangay Tambaliza, Concepcion.
The suspect was specifically charged with violating Presidential Decree (PD) 1602 that prohibited illegal gambling.
The court set the bail bond at P30,000.
It was unclear as this was being written if Bagaforo was able to post bail for his temporary liberty./PN
