KALIBO, Aklan – A man listed as the No. 6 most wanted person of the Aklan Police Provincial Office (APPO) was caught in Barangay Poblacion, Baco, Oriental Mindoro.
The 40-year-old Noly Nagrama of Barangay Nalook was arrested around 3 a.m. on Wednesday, a police report showed.
Nagrama faces a charge for violating Section 2 of Republic Act 8353, or The Anti-Rape Law of 1997, the report added.
