ILOILO City – Facing frustrated homicide charges, a man was arrested in his house in Barangay Bagacay, San Dionisio, Iloilo.
Thirty-eight-year-old Elmer Villanueva was caught around 7:05 a.m. on June 15.
A P72,000 bail bond was recommended for the temporary liberty of the suspect who was detained at the San Dionisio police station./PN
