ON OCTOBER 25, 2020 Vice President Leni Robredo announced that she and her staff would be tested and go under quarantine (14 days) after being exposed to a COVID-19-positive person.
Lo and behold, on Nov. 2, 2020 she was already posting pictures of herself in social and mainstream media in Bicol seemingly to assess the aftermath of super typhoon āRollyā.
Do the math. It appears that she broke basic quarantine protocols. I suppose the photo-op was a matter of life or death so quarantine or even COVID-19 could not stop it.

Speaking of calamities ā and I donāt mean Leni Robredo ā in times of typhoons, floods, earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, people donāt usually watch television; they get their information from AM radio i.e. Bombo Radyo, RMN or Radyo ng Bayan. Meaning, there was never any void with the absence of ABS-CBN. It was never missed.

It seems that during the Senate investigation on āred-tagging, the āstar of a TV showā Ka Eric Almendras a.k.a. Jeffrey Celiz confirmed that former beauty queen, the late Maita Gomez, was a card-bearing member of the New Peopleās Army or NPA.
Wow. Iām impressed. Iit can only mean one thing ā he ust have checked and confirmed that āvitalā piece of information on Wikipedia.
The late Maita Gomez was old enough to be his grandmother and he just confirmed something that is public knowledge before he was even born.
You know, Sen. Rissa Hontiveros claimed that she was fighting martial law when she was 10 years old .āKa Eric Almendrasā was fighting martial law before he was even born.

Being a member of the College Editors Guild of the Philippines does not automatically makes one an activist. I was a college freshman when martial law was declared, a campus journalist and a member of the College Editors Guild. It never occurred to me that Iām supposed to be an activist. All the while I just thought of myself as a footballer who liked to get laid and get high.

The trendy topic seems to be the presidential elections in the US of A. We might as well join the party and have a bit of fun.
I really donāt care who is going to be the next president of the US of A. Thatās their problem. Aas long as they donāt meddle in our affairs.
Iām not surprised at the results of elections in the US of A and reports of cheating. Remember people, the expert, Comelecās very own Andy Bautista, is there.

Every time the Queen ā or is it King ā of that blog site Rappler, a certain Maria Ressa, gets an interview or a chance to speak to foreign media, she always describes the Philippines as a āvery dangerousā place, itās like living in a āwarzoneā , a place not fit for a human being. Yet one wonders what the hell is she doing here and why is she still alive, unscathed.
The office address of her Rappler is in North Wing Estancia Offices, Capitol Commons, Ortigas Center, Pasig City ā a very high-end office address. She lives in a high-end gated condominium, certainly not a āwarzoneā.
By the way, the mayor of Pasig City is Vico Sotto. He doesnāt seem to be bothered that he is the mayor of a āwarzoneā.
Then something out of the blue comes out and falls flat on the face of Maria Ressa. Excerpts from a recent post by Panay News on Facebookā
PH among the top 50 safest countries in the world
Based on the 2020 Global Law and Order Report by international analytics firm Gallup, the Philippines was listed among the Top 50 safest countries in the world.
The country tied with Australia, New Zealand, Poland, and Serbia with a score of 84 in the worldwide survey. The Philippines’ score is also higher than the 82 index score for the world in 2019 by the global analytics firm.
Gallup said āthe higher the score, the higher the proportion of the population that reports feeling safe.ā
Singapore topped the Gallup poll with 97 global index score. Southeast Asian neighbors Indonesia (89), Vietnam (86), Malaysia (83), and Myanmar (82) also made it to the Top 50 list.
This can only mean one thing: Maria Ressa is a liar.
But then again, that comes as a no surprised for someone convicted of libel and facing tax fraud and evasion charges./PN
