ILOILO City – Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6) director Brigadier General Sidney Villaflor denied allegations of soliciting for money or goods.
“We deny such solicitations by any person associated with PRO-6 and myself. We take these allegations very seriously and are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all our dealings,” Villaflor said in a press statement.
He added: “In PRO-6, we value the trust and confidence of our stakeholders, partners, and especially the public that we promised to serve with dignity, respect and honesty,”
The police regional director further clarified that the organization follows strict protocols and guidelines in which solicitation in any form is prohibited.
“We urge anyone who has received any unauthorized solicitations to report them to our official communication channels or visit the nearest police stations,” Villaflor added.
