SHE has largely kept their relationship under wraps, refraining from posting photos of them on her highly active Instagram page.
But as this interview with Push showed, Angel Jones, mother of Tony Labrusca, appeared to have no problem talking about her closeness with Filipino-Italian football player Simone Rota.
Stopping short of confirming their romance, Jones said of Rota: “He’s really great. I’ve never met anyone so kind and loving and patient like that so we’re definitely close.”
Jones, previously divorced, acknowledged being cautious about entering a new relationship because of her children.
She explained: “Because I value my children, I have to be very careful and slow and patient with who I let into my life.”
It remains unclear when Jones and Rota started getting close.
Although Rota did post a photo of them on Instagram last month, which he captioned: “Make sure to have people around you that make you laugh.”
Jones shared that this is the first time she has gotten close with anyone since separating with her husband.
“Since I broke up with my husband five years ago, no one’s really been in my life. I’m like – my vision was to make it, to work, to not be bored anymore and support my children,” she said.
Jones is the mother of Labrusca, a young actor who has appeared in the popular fantaserye “La Luna Sangre.” (ABS-CBN News)
