The bank secrecy law should be lifted. Agree or disagree?
I AGREE! Look at what happened to the Senate investigation on the 2016 Bangladesh central bank robbery that dragged a Philippine bank and other finance-related businesses. It has not prospered due to our bank secrecy law. Along with Switzerland and Lebanon, we have the most secretive bank laws.
