White Label Digital Marketing

When a product or service removes its brand and logo from the end product and instead uses a customer’s brand, that’s White Labeling.  Grocery stores now carry their own brand.  But this does not mean that the grocery stores produce all of these products.  Instead, they have various manufacturers provide those products for them and put their grocery store brand labels on them. In many instances, the brand providing the White Label could also have its own product (with its original brand and logo) sitting on another shelf – but packaged at a higher price.

So how does White Label Digital Marketing work?

For sure, white-label digital marketing isn’t the same as grocery store White Labeling, but the idea is similar. In white-label digital marketing, company X purchases a white-label company’s services and presents them to the customer under company X’s brand name.

As a result, a buffet of services is available to the client.

At NEARSOL, our Contact Center-as-a-Service (CCaaS) is our white-label approach to customer service.  Our partner provides the client relationship management while we provide operational support for the contact center.  Simply put, clients can market themselves as a contact center while NEARSOL provides contact center services.

The advantages are many:

  • You own your client relationships because NEARSOL advertises YOUR brand;
  • You get fewer layers, which means your customers enjoy better communication and faster responses;
  • You enjoy better Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) because we are constantly servicing your client, which in turn, improves your CX (Customer Experience) and Retention;
  • You get to focus on your customers because you leave the day-to-day services with NEARSOL’s CCaaS.

We want to help you achieve the best CX for your business!
