BACOLOD City – Police were still trying to determine who killed a resident of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental in Vallehermoso, Negros Oriental, and why.
Edgardo Parcon, a resident of Barangay 6, San Carlos City, died of gunshot wounds on the back.
He was taken to the rural health center in Vallehermoso but he was declared “dead on arrival.”
Investigation showed Parcon was driving a motorcycle on his way home when two unidentified people on board another motorcycle fired at him in Barangay Poblacion, Vallehermoso on Tuesday noon.
Police said the suspects escaped. They found two empty shells of a .45 firearm at the crime scene./PN
