BACOLOD City – A widower accused of statutory rape was arrested on Saturday in his residence in Barangay Handumanan, here.
Police slapped a warrant of arrest to Romeo “Roming” Sola, 68.
The warrant of arrest for the crime of statutory rape with Criminal Case No. 17-44677 was issued by Judge Rosario Ester B. Orda-Caise of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 48, Hall of Justice, Bacolod City dated June 1, 2017.
