IN fulfilling its commitment to support its industry partners, Wilcon Depot, the Philippines’ leading home improvement and construction supply retailer, participated in the Philippine School of Interior Design (PSID) for the HUGIS ATBP: Homes Using Geometrically Inspired Spaces for Alternative Types of Built Places exhibit.
The exhibit serves as the culminating event of the PSID Advanced class. There are eight booths available for public viewing from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily until Oct. 31 at the fifth floor Greenfield Tower, Greenfield District in Mandaluyong City. The exhibition allows visitors to find inspiration from geometric shapes focusing on materials that are eco-friendly, sustainable, natural, and indigenous. It is divided into three galleries namely: The Parisukat at Parihaba Gallery, The Bilog Gallery and The Tatsulok Gallery.
The first sub-theme, the Parisukat and Parihaba Gallery displays designs perfect for the urban setting. It has a cosmopolitan and sophisticated style to it. The second one, the Tatsulok Gallery, showcases interiors that are excellent for relaxation. The designs have a calm and tranquil kind of vibe. Lastly, the Bilog Gallery focuses on softer and smoother shapes ideal for a laid-back atmosphere.
For Wilcon, interior designers play a huge part in creating and making a house look and feel like a home. Designers are the ones responsible for making your homes look healthier and aesthetically pleasing. They’re one of the epitomes of Building Big Ideas just like how Wilcon does.
