ILOILO City – A 50-year-old woman complained to the police that a man slapped her on the face in Barangay Amparo, Pavia, Iloilo.
Felma Robles, a resident of Barangay Cahaguichican, Pototan town, named the man as 43-year-old Carlos Centena. She showed to the police her bruised left cheek.
Robles said the slapping happened on Monday around 7 a.m. while she was attending to a co-worker’s child. The police advised her to seek medical treatment.
Centena, on the other hand, was arrested through the help of Barangay Captain Richard Sajna of Amparo and was detained at the Pavia police Station./PN
