ILOILO City – A woman complained to the police that a man mauled her in Barangay Jalandoni, City Proper.
The 39-year-old Rhodora Jequinto of Barangay Oñate de Leon, Mandurriao district identified the suspect as 32-year-old Rex Basea of Barangay San Ramon, Pilar, Capiz.
Jequinto told the police that around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, she had a heated argument with Basea.
The verbal joust turned physical, said Jequinto./PN
