BACOLOD City – A woman yielded P340,000 worth of alleged shabu in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 2 yesterday.
Ferlene Joy Molate, 26, was a resident of Barangay Handumanan.
She was with a companion, Louie Sombilla, 30, of Barangay 2, but he was able to elude arrest, police said.
Anti-drug operatives of Police Station 2 carried out the buy-bust around 1:41 a.m.
Molate was detained at the police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
